Weepy Eye




Weepy Eye

Weepy Eye is caused by the inflammation of the conjunctiva.
It most often occurs from a blocked duct between the lower eye lid
and nasal area.
In most cases a rabbit with weepy eye has had a history of various respiratory infections.

Symptoms of Weepy Eye

Matted fur below or around the eye
As well as a Discharge from the eye.

Weepy Eye can in most cases be cured with the use an eye ointment for anywhere from two to three days
this ointment, will need to be applied as many as two to four times a day until
the infection is cleared.
